Principal's Message

Dear Lairon Community,

It is truly an honor to serve as the principal of Lairon College Preparatory Academy. As I begin my second year in this role, I am excited to continue the hard work of leading this incredible school. Last year, I had the privilege of getting to know our students and their families, and I look forward to strengthening those relationships even further this year.

I could not be more proud of our students’ dedication to their learning. Their perseverance and commitment is inspiring, and I am equally impressed by our staff’s unwavering dedication—going above and beyond to ensure the success of every student. Our educators work tirelessly to create engaging lessons, foster curiosity, and make learning an exciting and meaningful experience for all students. Their passion and creativity help cultivate a love of learning that will benefit students for years to come. Additionally, I deeply appreciate our families’ support in providing their children with the encouragement and opportunities needed to reach their full potential.

The safety and well-being of our students remain our top priority. We continue to collaborate with our district, the Santa Clara County Office of Education, and the Santa Clara County Department of Public Health to uphold the highest health and safety standards. In addition, we work closely with our district and county partners to maintain a secure, inclusive campus where all students feel safe, valued, and protected from discrimination and bullying.

At Lairon, we take great pride in our core PAWS values: Persistence, Acceptance, Willingness, and Support. These values create a strong, connected community where students look out for one another and strive for excellence together.

I want to extend my gratitude to all the families and students who contribute to making our school a positive and welcoming place. I am eager to work alongside you this year, and I know that, together, we will make it another fantastic school year.
